My family and I had just moved to the area from overseas and we needed a place to live as fast as possible. We were living in a hotel and of course that was not ideal. I would like to let everyone know that Anton Yost came through for us far to our expectations. I would like to take this opportunity to talk about our experience of working with Anton. We became acquainted with Anton during a telephone call I placed to the Real Estate office he was working at. I met with Anton in his office for about an hour, and he explained the whole process of selling a home to me. I felt that he had a vast and up-to-date knowledge of the market, the Real Estate business, needs of his clients, and he did not try to persuade me into something I didn’t feel

comfortable with. Another words, he did not try just to get us to put our house on the market so that he could make a sale. We put our house on the market in mid 2006 when the market was not the best, and our house was valued at slightly above the average priced homes in Omaha. Anton had created a very professional looking listing of our house with many pictures for buyers to view, and a brief but very effective explanation of the home’s features. Anton tried to get

a feedback after each showing, and he followed up with the buyer’s agent every time. He was in constant communication with us, and we found this to be very valuable. We were able to find out what we needed to do and what not to do, so that we could sell the house in a reasonable time, and for the value it was worth. Finally, when a potential buyer showed up, Anton spent hours meeting with their agent and he was able to prove that the house was worth what it was listed for.

In addition to doing everything to sell our house, Anton tried to help us with our relocation needs. Anton was able to sell our house in a market when most other homes did not even have many showings. I think we were one of a handful of people who sold a home in 2007, in our neighborhood.
